3.2. Each blog post will:

– Be approximately 600 words in length

– Receive AI-assisted content generation using tools including but not limited to Co-pilot, Claude, and ChatGPT

– Receive human review by a professional copywriter for quality, tone, and accuracy

– Be delivered as one complete draft to the client

3.3. Optional bolt-on social media posts will be created at appropriate lengths to effectively promote the blog content.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1. During the ordering process on our website, you must provide a basic brief covering essential factors including tone, industry, and client motivation. Additional specific topics or concise briefing information may be submitted via hello@sherp-ai.co.uk.

4.2. You are responsible for:

– Reviewing all content provided

– Providing final sign-off on all content

– Making any required revisions or amendments to the draft

– Ensuring the content meets your specific business needs

– Verifying any factual claims or specialist information

5. Service Limitations

5.1. Our service is limited to one draft per blog post. Additional drafts, if required, will incur additional charges.

5.2. While we employ quality control measures, we cannot guarantee that content will be entirely free from errors.

6. Payment Terms

6.1. Payment is required monthly in advance via Stripe through our website www.sherp-ai.co.uk.

6.2. Blog posts will typically be delivered in the week following receipt of payment.

6.3. You may cancel the service at any time by cancelling future payments before they are processed.

6.4. No refunds will be issued for payments after blog content has been delivered.

6.5. We reserve the right to suspend service for overdue accounts.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights for the approved content transfer to you.

7.2. Until full payment is received, we retain all rights to the content provided.

8. Liability and Indemnity

8.1. We maintain professional indemnity insurance up to £250,000.

8.2. Our total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific content in question or £250,000, whichever is lower.

8.3. We are not liable for:

– Consequential losses or damages

– Loss of profits or revenue

– Reputational damage

– Third-party claims

9. Termination

9.1. You may terminate the service by cancelling future payments before they are processed. Please also advise us you are doing this by email at hello@sherp-ai.co.uk.

9.2. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:

– Payment terms are breached

– These terms and conditions are breached

– The client becomes insolvent

10. Confidentiality

10.1. We do not expect to receive confidential information from you when offering this service. You understand and acknowledge that content is created using artificial intelligence tools and as such will be accessible to any AIs we use in our content creation process.

10.2. We will treat all client information with appropriate care and will not share it with third parties unless required by law.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

12. Changes to Terms 12.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days’ notice to active clients.
